Turn all the circuits on. 
I think it explains it a bit (in English, hehe) on the actual game page.

Here's a trick to solving the puzzles, but it only works for the 4 by 4 puzzles (i.e. difficulty 2):
Pick a side to consider the top of the puzzle. Then go from top to bottom, left to right, and click the squares under the dark ones. That will turn them all on.

Heck, 11 hours into the day, and only 3000 plays.
It's exactly like the Brother Bear games, but on a larger scale. And you get 1000-5x, where x is the number of moves you make. Only problem is that it sometimes gives you unsolvable ones.
