It is rather frustrating that we actually pay to play Neopets (a free service) with certain amenities and Premium has had more than one issue this month. What is up with this?

Well, guess what's back up and running....that's right, my webmail. I just sent myself a message from another e-mail account and it actually went through. I had just sent a message to tech support too about the webmail not working. I really wish that they would acknowledge that there was a problem though. For a premium member to call tech support and for them to say there isn't a problem is far from acceptable. I think I may still call them and complain tomorrow about the webmail being down for at least 3 or 4 days. I hate it when I pay for a service that isn't provided, and if most people that know me know that I'll call a place and complain until I get my way when it comes to money.

Anyways, I hope everyone else's webmail is back up. Hopefully we won't run into a problem like this again.

I just spent a while online with premium tech support. The issue appears to be that mail from the neopets.com domain is not going through to any @neomail.com addresses. Their response is that webmail is working just fine, etc.

So, then, if that is true, then the implication is that the regular neopets.com email server/domain is hosed, while neomail.com is working fine.

I did the same thing, sent an email from a different address and I didn't get that mailer-daemon this time, it went through, now I think I'll wait one more day to see if I get a SHH event, if I don't I'll use the link to check, but hopefully I won't have to, if I can get emails again, then I should receive others no problem. *crosses fingers*

I'm having the same problem and got a neomail saying that my email wasnt correct but its the default one I got through premium like 6 months ago, we'll probally get an explanation soon. They did send us something about maitenance about two weeks ago. I wonder if this is what they were talking about.

I was starting to worry that it was just me, or that I had done something to stop messages. At least I'm not the only one with these ditzy problems.

Well, I'm still not getting my SSH's... I had to use the magic link to check, and sure neough, there was something there.

I just got a webmail for a SHH. So my webmail's started working again apparently.
