Decoded, but stumped by the riddle. D:

Edit: Okay, if the numerals correspond to the last decoding method, the third line also applies to it; but the firt and second lines are completely unrelated.

So yeah, basically, I'm stuck. x)

Here's a hint on the riddle. The solution has NOTHING to do with iron, steel, metal, or anything. You will NOT be able to guess this; you must decode it.

Alright, STILL nobody has gotten it. Here's a hint: http://nickciske.com/tools/binary.php

Note: When it's fully decoded, the riddle will have a couple of extraneous weird symbols in there; that's just an artifact of the coding process. It's still completely readable and understandable though.

Another hint: It takes 2 steps to decode the riddle. No more, no less. It's also extremely simple to decode, there's nothing else to figure out besides what it is.

Well, anyone paying close attention to their turn PMs would notice a... gap somewhere along the line. Frankly, I'm surprised nobody called me on it at the time.
