Then why do I rember an april fools where I got a message saying that it happened was like five years ago.

edit: Just cheecked jellyneo to see if I was imagining things again and they're missing 2002's april fools which is when i think it was... is a conspiracy

the petpets missing was to do with jellyworld (which doesnt exist), as if you managed to go there (even though it doesnt exist) you found them devouring a giant omelette.

They have, some. But most as petpets. I got a Soreen from the petpet labray, and it's on the list there.

My fave was NeoCharge. I really believed it and quitted neopets for almost a week before I read the news AFTER the day the joke was over. So I didn't get my avatar.

But it was funny though.

I also like the Fool Pets, but I wasn't on neo that time so...well...

The petpet thing was obviously carefully planned. They wouldn't have had the "this petpet is missing!" image and note at the bottom if it were a glitch. The petpets would just have been gone.
Ditto the SDB thing too, as it would've been extremely unlikely that such a thing would happen on April Fools and affect everyone.

There was that one April Fool's in 2003 when they announced they were doing away with Neopoints, I believe, and that whatever NP you had would be rendered completely worthless. I blew nearly all my money that day, then I left Neo for a while. About, eh, four months. When I got back realised how dumb I was xD. By then I had forgotten my accound password and so completely started over. The old account's what, 6 years this month.[/url]

I think the aspagarus chia prank was NOT funny. I was scared cos I thought I'd been hacked into so I logged in and sent a report form...

Hrmmmmm... my favourite? Neocharge

Even though mine only got up to about 12k... I was saving up for a starry cybunny and didn't want to pay any neocharge until it was confirmed as a joke

The only one they actually got me on was the Mutant one... it had been a while since I had played regularly and my heart almost stopped when I can back to that.
Otherwise, I highly enjoyed the Neocharge one. It was fun watching everyone freak out :evil:

I think my favorite is the Rod of Supernova stolen by the Pant Devil. That is really the only one I actually fell for... well, except this year's pea thing.

But the pea thing was stupid. It was played like a real bug, which I don't like.

I'm pretty sure the Gnorbu was the only result of the April Fool's pets. The Lutari was out way before April Fool's (at least the content was, it was found in January that year), and I think the Xweetok and Ogrin were just random releases, alas, the Ogrin did have a slight resemblance to one of the pets.

Yurble, Hissi and Ruki were out the previous year, I think.
