The sound effects being reused, I don't have a problem with. After all, Sloth's laugh is probably hard to reproduce, and if you already have a convenient "munch munch" noise, why make a new one?
I would just like, when the music is two seconds long, not to hear something I've heard a lot before. Now, if the animation were related to Destructomatch, and they played the Destructomatch music, I think I'd be okay with that. Just not two things that are completely unrelated, like yesterday's animation.

Okay, they're not identical, the music has been slowed down and it's just a short phrase of the song that loops, but it's that same song from Neoquest I. The song is called "Conquest." I could not mistake it for anything else, not after hearing it a zillion times.
Different notes means it's a different song. It's not even as if it's the same thing in a different key; it is entirely different. There are definite similarities, in instrumentation and style, but it is still a different song.
