I'll sing when I'm listening to the radio, or random moments at home. It annoys my brother when I sing whatever song is stuck in my head and it's not the one he's listening to at that moment. =P

I usually don't sing in front of people, though. I will if I'm comfortable with them, or if I'm in a large group and forced to, but other than that... I'll just listen. Maybe mouth the words.

I don't sing. At least not when another human is anywhere near me (meaning I usually only sing when I'm home alone.)

In the rare cases when I do sing around friends or whatever, they all tell me I'm good, but even if I had enough self-esteem to believe them, I'm definitely not as good as I want to be.

A few times, I've tried to sing, but my mouth literally wouldn't open.

One time, I recorded my own singing and then listened to it, so I could see if I sounded better to others than to myself. Turns out it was worse. Or else the recording thingie hates me.

Of course I do. I have the singing genes of my Dad and Mum!
I sing in the shower. Normally I hum a tune, but sometimes I just sing out loud. I don't mind if I'm near anyone, just as long as not in those really public places.

Yes!
I love singing. I've been in choir in school ever since I got to middle school(no choir at my elementary school), and I love it. I was in a singing group for a year and a half as well, but I'm not doing it anymore. All but a few of the people were adults, I would always be up to insane hours after rehearsal because it went so late, and standing for two hours straight is not my friend.

I'm fine singing in front of people if it's performing or trying out for a solo or stuff like that. At home I only sing though if I'm the only one home or I'm in the shower. I know my family can probably still hear me, but I can pretend they can't :P That doesn't have so much to do with singing though as with I hate practicing any music in front of people. With instruments, I've gotten so I can deal with practicing around my family, but not with singing.

I'm actually a vocal performance major :) I love singing and am really happy to be doing this. Right now I'm working on the role of Cornelia for OU's production of Giulio Cesare in Egitto next semester. Most of the repertoire I do is mezzo stuff, though I sometimes do contralto (like the aforementioned role) and some higher soprano pieces. Are there any other opera fans here?

I also sing locally, mostly at churches (they pay; money good!), in styles ranging from traditional to pop and rock. If I ever get some downtime from school stuff I'd love to do some work with a group of some sort.

The funny thing is, when I was younger a lot of people (mostly kids my age) didn't like my voice at all. I also had a little bit of a pitch problem for a while because my voice was particularly "dark" and "heavy" and I was too young to physically control it like I can now. My advice to people who think they can't sing well is sing anyway! Explore your voice, figure out what it can do, and do it with all your heart. :)

I have a really flat, boring, monotonous voice. I dont sing for fear I'll just put people to sleep. Ive always hated learning music, and never understood the basics anyway. I hated mandatory music classes, I hated playing the trumpet, and I hated chorus. Maybe Im tone deaf or something o_o I really do envy people who seriously understand music though, because I wish I could.

Yea, limited to myself and family members (most of the time) shower and daydreams. Not even my close friends has heard me sing.

I sound far, far too gross/horrible/negative description about singing to sing in front of people (and can't seem to do well anyway).

I am a horrendous singer. I have convinced people who believe that anyone can sing decently with a little practice that they actually have a unique gift.

Yet, I sing anyway. I'm off-key and bad, but I can at least be sincerely and confidently off-key and bad. :)

I've been singing since well, I started school. 8 or 9 years of choir, but I really never took professional voice lessons. I used to perform for my school's faculty (Dance and singing).

But in all honesty, I got away with it cause I was young and my voice was a kid voice -- I think at least. Now, when I sing, I sound like a dying cow (That's my opinion and I'll stick to it).

I sing...ish. I'm in choir at school, though i don't like it at all. I used to want to be a musical theatre actor, but i've gotten into theatre lighting in the past year, so there goes that.
I sing. When i'm alone. Shower. Yar.

I can sing in tune, in key, use all the vocal implements that should make a voice sound good, yet I still don't. After years of an intense singing phobia, I'm finally beginning to conquer my fear.

So in answer to the question, no, I don't but I will.
