I've been playing neopets off and on for more than six years now, and in that time I've stopped by this forum quite a bit without actually joining. I figured it's about time I said hello!

I'm 20 and currently a vocal music major at the University of Oklahoma. This is my fourth year here, but it's going to take at least another two years after this for me to graduate since I switched to this major only last year (I was previously studying for a physics degree).

Anyways, I definitely look foward to meeting people on here; if anyone wants to chat via neomail, my account is neosaphire :)

Hello! Welcome to PPT! Glad you decided to join. Just reading what we talk about and joining in to the conversations is really different. You will have fun! *Hands my welcome drink Image *
Make sure you set up a shop, and forget how to leave! It's really fun to collect those dancing little stars. :)

Hi! How ya doin'?

I'm tested, the random person no one notices. (Yeah right. I'm the most popular dude here! )

By the way, we're currently preparing a hole outside the exit, so make sure not to leave. Just kidding. You are allowed to have a life.

But it's better here, so you might as well not; oh, and it's better than the Neoboards. (And by better, I mean you'll piry the foo' who goes there.)

Keep postin' away!

I'm doing quite well, yourself? :)

I've become rather disgruntled with the neoboards lately...I have no doubt things will be much better on this forum.

Thank you for the welcome! It's such an honor to be greeted by "the most popular dude here"! ;)

No. Just tea. Endless amounts of tea.

Tea, you say? Meh, not so big on tea...and if it were endless tea, the world would get more than just a bit soggy...are there other worlds I can choose from, perhaps with less soaked outlooks? :)

Hi Jennifer! Welcome to PPT!

Wow, physics to music? You must be really well-rounded and gutsy to make that switch. :)

There's a small world where they have a bit of coffee--I make runs there sometimes for the Pink Ink staff when we've got a deadline. The only downside is that the baristas are always singing "It's a Small World After All" in this really annoying over-caffeinated way. *gives you a cappuccino*

I hope I see you around the forums! :D

You went OUT of physics!

:x :x :x :x :x :x

I normally welcome people, but my duty as a physicist demand that I banish you to a quantum singularity!

Anyway....

Welcome. Have fun.

Hands out mochi and taiyaki.

Ooo, cappuccino. Danke! And "It's a Small World"? They must really have cornered the market to get people to come in and stand listening to that :)

...eeeep, sorry! I love physics, I really do! Please don't banish me!

I miss my math and science classes, but music just encompasses more of my interests. Besides, I'm getting paid to sing; how cool is that? :)

Hiya Mnemosyne, welcome to PPT!

PuddingofEvil has just reminded me of the "It A Small World After All" song which goes like this.

It A Small World After All wrote:
It's a world of laughter
A world of tears
It's a world of hopes
And a world of fears
There's so much that we share
That it's time we're aware
It's a small world after all

There is just one moon
And one golden sun
And a smile means
Friendship to every one
Though the mountains divide
And the oceans are wide
It's a small world after all

It's a small world after
It's a small world after all
It's a small world after all
It's a small, small world

(Repeat whole song endlessly)

In my honest opinion the neoboards are a nightmare and only worth looking at if you are trying to find out more info to help you with a Neopets contest like a Mystery Pic and/or a Lenny Conundrum.

The PPTers are much more mature than the Neoboarders. (Even though sometimes they don't want to admit it.)

BTW Don't forget to put a Pink Poogle Toy in your shop.

Enjoy your stay!
