I spent too much time in Louisiana as a kid to dislike red beans and rice. Mmmm...I'm not really a fan of red beans sans rice, oddly enough. I also quite adore black beans.

Baked beans or jelly beans, but not the black ones, they taste like death.

I love all kinds of beans! But my favorites are refried beans (with cheese on top, or in a tortilla with cheese and rice...yummmm ), baked beans and kidney beans.

And jelly beans, of course (but only Jelly Belly!)

90% of what I eat is made of soybeans. So I will have to go with that. Vegetarians for the win.
