[This is a futuristic Pokemon RP, it takes place about 4 years after Ash and friends defeat Deoxys. It takes place in the region Dorfi, just north of Hoenn.
The cities, in the order of gym travel, are Illtin Town(Prof. Pine's home), Tanncin(first gym), Vortor(birthplace of Oak), Endger(Entei's birthplace), Soncic(Suicine's birthplace), Ronishi(Raikou's birthplace), Torshor City(home to Department), Tennin(home of Game Corner), Ander City(Battle Cube registration), Ander Underground(Battle Cube), Forshorn(water town, edge of country), and Genkcick City(Elite Four).
Your starter can be any evolution of the "baby" Pokemon. You can also create new Pokemon, and you can have Pokemon from any region.

Other: She has been a Gardener in the forest of Johto (Can't remember what its called) ever since she was 12, but recently became a Master Gardener. Now she can travel as much as she wishes, but she has to make sure that the plants and Pokemon are being treated well. She had to leave her previous Pokemon with her new Journeyman. However, she has gone on many journeys, and so knows many things.

A boy ran through a field, searching for wild Pokemon. He checked his Pokedex, and then ran a few steps forward. His meager allowance didn't allow for Pokeballs, and as he was still in school he couldn't travel far enough to fight any other human opponents. Basically, except for the ball that held his own Gonbe, he had no way of accessing Pokeballs. But soon, that would all change. Darrell had been taking summer courses for several years, and today, he graduated high school. Finally, he would begin travelling Dorfi, and maybe even Kanto, or Orre, or Hoenn! He also wanted to go see Kurt and have him show him a GS ball so he could catch- "WHOA!" Darrell looked down at a Caterpie, who happens to be sucking on his toe. "Hey little fella, I don't know what you want from my foot, but it sure isn't food!" He reached down to take the Caterpie away, but the Pokemon continued clinging. He finally pulls it off and begins to hug it. Caterpie continued to stick to Darrell's shirt. "So, Caterpie, how do you like the nickname 'Toe'?" He walked on.

Kisa walked around the meadow, looking for a nice place to sit and eat her lunch. In the distance, she saw a boy holding a Caterpie. He seemed to know his way around.

"C'mon, Crocky. Maybe he'll know a nice place." she said to her Totodile.

"Toto-Dile!" Dilius said in reply, nodding his head.

Darrell opened up his Pokedex and pointed it at the Caterpie, not as easy thing when the Worm Pokemon was drooling on his shirt. It whirred for a bit, then brought up an entry.

"NO. 10, BUG TYPE, WORM POKEMON, HEIGHT: 1'00, WEIGHT: 6 LBS" read the Pokedex. It brought up a page with various facts, and a 3-D image of the Pokemon. But, something was odd about this Caterpie. The one on the screen was green. But, the one leeching his t-shirt was yellow. Professer Pine had said something about this. It was, oh, what was it called? "Shiny". This was a "shiny" Caterpie. He needed to go show the Professer! But before he could, the Pokedex started up again.

"NICKNAME?"

"Toe."

"T-O-E. PROPER SPELLING?"

"Yes."
