Yeah, its the Usul from "The Castle of Eliv Thade"

I don't really care which neopets they use in these plots as long as their is an avatar, a sidebar, and some wicked awesome prizes

Neovia seems awesome, though. The style and look of the town reminds me of The Corpse Bride, which is an awesome movie.

Is it really sleepy hollow-ish? I dunno .. I don't get that vibe. It seems almost more Transylvania-ish for me.

And I honestly wouldn't doubt it, I mean c'mon, we always get new worlds and no neo-school

Whenever I look at that usul in the red hood I always kinda get a lil red riding hood vibe too. Like she need to have a picnic basket and run into a werelupe wearing a mask of her grand-usul
