Ok, so I am SO confused. I have seen the alert flashing but I have NEVER gotten there and gotten a prize.
I click the alert button and it pops up a strange page that saves all the messages I've gotten on the toolbar (usually "stop begging for free stuff" message).
Now, that is a different page from this page:

so, if i see the toolbar blinking, do i hit that button and it takes me there, or should i go to the URL listed above? I can't figure out if i am just unlucky or if I'm actually doing something wrong.
