I self froze my account a few days, ago, but am intrested in getting my account back, what exactly would I have to go through, how and what would I email TNT about, inorder to have my account returned.

Self frozen accounts are basically counted as frozen accounts. in order to get it back, you'll probably have to go through the same impossible process everyone else needs to go through.

It should be much easier to get a self frozen account reactivated. Fill out the same form, but say that you self froze. It might be a good idea to say why it if is relevant (ie for security reasons) and make sure you give enough information to prove that it is indeed your account. Good Luck.
