I love, the CG side bar, but it's nothing compared to the Altador side bar.
I think the prizes are pretty. Really, prettiness is all I look for in prizes. :P

So.. prizes are only available for people who finished the plot? :( That really sucks, i didn't have enough time to do it. I know it's still open, but i have actual homework...

If this is all they did for the prizes, they could have had this ready MONTHS ago. I'm really disappointed. I would have at least liked some kind of useful item, besides the book. Like a weapon, or a paintbrush... something to justify the time I put into it.

Yea, I was dreaming fo an altador paintbrush more than anything. It seems so, umm, dumb to leave it open after the prizes are awarded. If another plot is going to unfold soon, then why not just close this one out. I think it's really strange.

True, but quite honestly it's pretty lame as far as usefulness is concerned. Especially so when comparing it with Hoban's Hat.

On one hand, I'm relieved we finally get our prizes, and glad to finally be able to use that pretty sidebar. I like the little Heroes playset and the plushie, plushies are always good.

But on the other hand, I can't help but feel hurt and cheated. I mean, people that finished the plot two days ago are getting the exact same things as people who finished months ago? And I understand the staff's busy, but SEVEN MONTHS? Pretty sure it wasn't their intention to come off this way, but it just feels like the prizes were an afterthought, or were forgotten about until three weeks ago. It looks even worse coming after the last two plots, which had better prizes available in less time.

I'm sorry, I hate to sound ungrateful. I really do like what we got. I just wish this particular plot had been planned better. Not just for us, but for TNT too - so they don't get rushed and churn out mediocre prizes, then get flak for the mediocrity.

I would have liked some keychains and/or a janitor plushie :) Oh well, no plushie to match the one from the LDP, and no more plot keychains to go with my collection lol.

Wouldn't it be funny if the foreman/chef/janitor yurble ended up in the Haunted Woods plot?

Its a beauutiful sidebar, definitely worthy of replacing the Halloween one Ive used for so long. Im very satisfied with that part of the prize, but like everyone else had said, it seems like a lot of wait for a little reward. The CG 'Plot' prize level would have better suited the Altador Plot. We actually did a lot more reading, clicking, and puzzling in Altador, yet a few lucky guessers are selling Hobans Hat for a million.

I kind of wanted something special for finishing the plot the day it could be finished. An extra sparkle on the trophy, three more neopoints, whatever.

I know what you are saying Rakumel, but TNT always said it was a mini-plot and in an Editorial we would be "mini-rewarded".

But your point is valid, if TNT did plan that we would all get the same prize, why did they wait so long to give them out?

Cryodrake's gaze was an even mini-er plot and the lucky guessers got more than mini-rewarded.

I didn't think this was all THAT mini a plot, myself. It was smaller than the Lost Desert plot, but not Cryodrake's Gaze small.

Thought I'd rant my 10 cents, TNT can keep the change.

I disagree the Altador Plot was MINI in any way, shape, or form.

I think the prizes should have been much more like the LDP, after all why did we wait months for prizes that now anyone can buy instead of doing the actual plot? Sort of defeats the purpose of even keeping it open.

All of the prizes are ugly and I won't save any of them as keepers like I did for other plots. Even the sidebar looks unfinished to me.

*Sticks tongue out to TNT* for getting our hopes up for much more. Sigh.

I don't understand this either. All of the prizes are the same, regardless of whether you finish first or, presumably, in 2007. So why did it take so long? I suppose they got distracted with the Cup and Shenkuu, and threw this together instead of making us wait any longer. Yay?

Yup, so completely agree with you, with all the hard work, there should be more to the prizes...and I think that the Altador Plot requires much more work than the Cryodrake's gaze...the prizes are just so mismatched!!

The bold is my guess.

Let's face it, your all saying the prizes are a bit bleh, I'm saying their trying to rev up for Haunted Woods plot :(
