I don't understand.
Where is the cargo crates?

PORT: The left side of a boat looking forward.
STARBOARD: The right side of a boat when looking forward.
AFT: Toward the stern of the boat. (Stern - rear of boat).
Cargo crates are on the main deck. ( I don't think it really matters where, because you need to eliminate where Hoban was.) Just check the comic to see where the crates are.
Starboard railing - railing that runs along the rightside of the ship.
Foremast - the mast nearest the bow (front) in vessels with two or more masts.
Helm - The wheel or tiller controlling the rudder.
Aftdeck - Deck at the rear of the boat.

I've been off for maybe 3 days and theres tonnes of stuff to read through. Last time i was on there was no 9th split i'll be reading all day lol

Anshu and Linae's account of what they were talking about after dinner were different.. if that counts for anything.. btw I couldn't see the second half of Bonju's story..

I was in the process of moving during the CG stuff, so I haven't participated in the forum (though I have been reading it). I went through and outlined the events in real-time by cross-checking everyone's stories. Here's my timeline (I'm using everyone's initials):
1) H taunts L (don't know why)
2) O is locked up
3) crew eats dinner
4) K leaves to inspect weapons room
5) As B cleans, L and A stay and talk; L says it's about the poor food; A says it's about L's medical problem -- but L says she had stomach problems from the food, so maybe they're both telling the truth.
6) K does his rounds and sees B leaving weapons room with something; B claims it was something to carve since his best knife was missing
7) A walks on deck, asks H to stop on KI for medical supplies; H says he can't, and they argue; L sees argument but claims she doesn't hear -- were the needed medical supplies for her medical problem? Did she hear?
8 ) Storm starts: H to wheel; A belowdeck (to fix leak?; his trip below confirmed by L); but A, K, & L on deck when B shows up from below
9) at ~3:00, B sees H mad and alone, starboard
10) 2 hours into storm (so also ~3:00?), K sees H upset, starboard -- H upset because L said H bad luck
11) when A returns to deck after fixing leak, A sees H arguing with someone (time unclear, but between 2 and 5)
12) at ~4:00, B sees H mad and alone, port
13) at ~5:00, A sees H arguing with someone, aftdeck; A asks B what about; B says he doesn't know; B talks to H; H asks if B thinks he's bad luck
14) shortly before storm end, L claims she and A fixed leak below deck
Suspects and motives:
1) K was upset that H joked about steering into storm, calls H lazy and doesn't seem to help search for him (according to Captain's tale)
2) B took something from weapons room; he was the last to talk to H (but he's the one who volunteered this info; no one else confirmed it)
3) A wanted to go to KI
4) L worked with H 2 times during storm (A saw H argue with unknown person 2 times, and 2 others reported H was upset about L -- so did she argue with him every time she worked with him?); she might need medical supplies and maybe knew H was refusing to stop on KI to get some; L says she helped A fix a leak before the storm's end, but this is unsubstantiated; she also confirmed that A was belowdeck early in the storm (to fix leak, according to A) -- so unless there were 2 leaks, L is lying (giving herself an alibi for the time H disappeared?)
Can you tell who I picked? I went with 6:00 and I22 since he was seen at 5. I also picked the aftdeck as the last place where he was spotted.

Frankly, I'm not fully convinced that Hoban didn't throw himself overboard. I'm still half-expecting TNT to come back tomorrow and dismiss the "survey" as an evil, EVIL red herring.

If there was an option of Hoban jumping off board all by himself, I would have chosen it. I still think it's just an accident and the guilty one will say sorry and everything will be all right.
Anyway they still have more than a month if they want to start HW at the end of october. Personally I didn't think Altador was so mini. If that was mini, what do you call TCG? Bite-size? Mini-er?

I've been thinking that too lately, when you think about with what we're given there's no way to know who(if anyone) did it. It's relly just guessing based on our own feelings.

Ugh. Once again, I forgot there was an Altador Plot that we didn't receive prizes for...-__- And everyone got all excited that the sidebar was discovered! But now it's been a couple of weeks and still no sidebar/prizes. TNT is trying to make us forget those still exist, I bet.

My guess is linae. Why?
- In the captain's account everybody eat heartfully; in all the other comics, but hers, she is pictured eating normally, you only see her looking bad at the food on her story.
-she may be sick, but its not because of the food. Bonju said that dirty plates make the crew members sick, so thats a possibility. So, either she was not talking about being sick with anshu, or she is sick but for other undisclossed reasons.
-she says she worked with hoban twice that night and she said she saw him fighting with someone twice. Nobody else says he fought, and in fact everytime he was upset, was because linae told him he was bad luck.
-The leak must have been at the beginning, because anshu said he talked to bonju around 5am. Whilst, linae says the leak was at around 5am, and no one saw her.
The only thing I still dont know is where was he thrown; I guessed aftdeck, but then again, I dont know a thing about boats.

okay this plot is really starting to annoy me first it takes a long time for the ship to get anywhere and pops up in random places getting us nowhere then all of a sudden we "know" the answer are tnt crazy?!

I... just guessed. I've gone over the comics so many times and I'm out of patience with this mini plot altogether. So, I guessed.
Ah well, I'm not an avatar collector and I'll be using the Altador Sidebar once I get it, so I guess it's a moot point. If they do a "he jumped himself" though, I'll be slightly
