Yes but atleast you can start a stage over without having to go completely back to the beginning... Imagine how bad that would be.

so far this seems kinda humdrumish and another neopets way to distract us from our plot prizes from the last event but lets hope something gets cookin soon!

Well, I assume they will have away for us to get to the ship/ship's dock at all times eventually in the plot (if it is) becasue they could make this really drawn out if we have to wait 2 days in between every plot update...

.....waiting two days between plot updates would be a godsend after some of the waits we've had in previous plots!

As for kou-jong, are you getting the high scores (over 700) on the third level only? Just wondered. I don't think I've gotten up to 600 yet . Maybe I'm just getting slower as I get older. Anyway, I've finished the second level many times, but the third level takes a lot of time since you have to restart over and over. Any suggestions? :o

Something that helps me finish faster, is that as I am clicking on a match I look for the next one. A few seconds saved can go a long way :D

Whenever you restart your bonus gets reset... I tend to reset unless I get over 300 for each level.

If I have oodles of time that is ;)

I can't see neo making the plot only available on certain days, especially as it seems to be not over the weekend. That would make it highly unfair for those of us with jobs and lives :P

I have always loved Mah-jong... <3 Then again, I usually do like puzzles. Has anyone ever played Microsoft's old Mah-jong game? Remember, back when all games where on 3x5 floppies? Those were the glory days... 8)

Oh god, yes, I remember the old MS version. I used to play it all the time. I love Mahjong. I keep trying to get a high score with this one, but so far I can't get above 1038 points.

This seems somehow different than the MS version, though. I mean, aside from the picture changes, there seems to be something else, but I can't quite put my cursor on it...

I've noticed two bugs in Kou Jong.

1) When you click on a match and it starts the animation to disappear, sometimes you can click one of the two selected tiles and select it again. If you do manage to select one of the tiles, it will stay, and its match will disappear. If you finish a round with one tile left, then you get your score just like all the tiles are gone.

2) If you are clicking quickly enough, sometimes you can click a tile before the previous pair has finished. If the tile that you click is part of the last clickable pair, then the "No Available Moves" window pops up and the timer stops for the rest of the round.

The second bug is almost impossible to do on purpose, but when it happens, the extra bonus has pushed my score as high as the 480s. Without the glitch, I haven't been able to do better than 370 in a single round.

So you people scoring around the 1000 mark just need to wait until they release the next version of the game and the bug victims cycle off at the end of the month. Then a score of 1038 will be pretty darn impressive.

Yeah, 1038 is much better than I can do, glitches or no. Right now, my highscore is close to 850 (I think). Those glitches are nice to know, though... Thanks for the tips!

Ok the one thing that really bugs me about the game is that the No More Moves window doesn't pop up until you click the screen somewhere, which for me is a pain, because once I get down to having to actually take a second or more to search for tiles, thats exactly what i do, I stop clicking and search, I've sat there for a good 30+ seconds once searching for a pair, then went to click hint only to have the no more moves window pop up UGH I wish it would just pop up automatically :P
