I want to do a pet spotlight for my baby bori, x_Aussie, and it'll include her maraquan gruslen, Cascata. (Oh don't worry, I've got a picture and a spotlight story) The thing is, I call my bori "Aussie" for short, and a bit of my spotlight is going to be along the lines of this:

Aussie sat on the beach with her fear rising. She couldn't do it, even with Cascata bobbing her way in the waves.

"Come on, Aussie!" Cascata called out. "The water's warm!"

"I'm scared of water!" Aussie shouted back. "I'm scared!"

It got me thinking last night: do you think Australians are going to be offended? (BTW I'm not offending Australians; I think they're cool ) Thanks!

Maybe you should add your pets full name and that you call her Aussie for short at the beginning of your entry. Then it should be ok!

I don't see any reason to be offended by that
