Just tried a two- and three-item combo with him, both which blew up, both failing to give me an avatar.

I also tried a bunch of random weapons with him, to no dice, but I wonder if weapons are involved, given the new comic?

I attempted to put in a formula already discovered for the cooking pot, but nothing happened for me - it just blew up

Neoboard theory - try the food items that show up in kou jong, theres a purple plum type thing? a brown bowl of green stuff? and a brown berry type thing? I have no idea what they are called so cant try myself but if anyone else knows?

I was thinking that too, but since the shop is fairly new everything it ridiculously expensive.

Edit: According to these food items, I think it's definitely gonna be some kinda asian themed world. Dumplings? Sushi? Yummm...

Edit2: Perhaps the ingredients will be revealed to us in the story?

abit of a far shot but if u notice on the mystery island map the ship is parked next to tropical foods. perhaps they stopped there to restock food ingredients and the items from tropical food can be used at the cooking pot?

I've tried several things as well and they just explode, this isn't going to be an easy one thats for sure

What I don't really get, is why would we get the items back if it really blows up like his face suggests...at least with the cooking pot, all that happens is a "Oh Dear, looks like Pango Pango isn't very happy!"

I'm thinking of the clues Ollie gave. He referred to games in Jelly World, and he said "burp" a lot. I wonder if the three foods are a combination of one jelly food, one exotic food, and one "Delicious Faerie Bubbles". (since Delicious Faerie Bubbles apparently make you burp)

Where did he do all that? Was it a message in the boards? Anyone know his name on neopets?

Apparantly, he was changing the wallpaper on his account lookup page back and forth between three items: Blumaroo Ice Cream Sundae, Orange Blumaroo Gummy Dice, and Cooking With Chef Boulgar.

I just realized something, and this is a longshot, I'm sure, but what if, when the plot is over and done with, the reward avvie is this one, the Chef Bonju avvie? I can see it happening...

They don't usually release the avvies if they're going to be plot prizes though.

Just a thought.

"Burp" makes me think of Snowmuncher, and the fact that Dieter is eating *snow*...maybe a snow related food? Are there snow faerie foods out there? Super long shot, but you never know. Probably not at all related, but thought I'd throw that out there.

How about 'Beany Burpers'?

Blumaroo Ice Cream Sundae+Orange Blumaroo Gummy Dice (well, don't think this exists...so Gummy of some sort)+Beany Burpers???
