Pink Poogle Toy Forum

Ok so story is, for all that can remember, I was the creator and owner of a past neopets fan site neoanon.com (also neopetsnonymous.com before that). This site was around about 2 or 3 years ago for a couple of years and got quite big in its day, i think at our peak we had about 5000 forum members on a very active forum, this was in the days of neohero and dizzyneo etc (we also had the very first forum pets system ), full active help site with guides, content, staff etc..

Then i moved outta home, lost internet access, left NA up to my staff and well.. lets just say its not around anymore so kinda went down the drain.

Anyway I was just looking downstairs as we are moving and found my old computer which I thought was LONG GONE!, i dig the hard drive out of it to find ALL my NA files, this is EVERYTHING apart from the forums all thoguh I do have some backup files on here.. will check to see what they are.

This is crazy! I have SO many graphics from blinkies to banners to guild layouts, I even have... dun dun dun DUNNN... about 30 pictures of neopets staff members (a lot of adam and donna) and these being personal ones not neocam ones, although I do have a whole folder dedicated to neocam pics oh and I will not be posting or uploading any of the personal pictures, I remember I used to have them on NA, but that was then and this is now and I will not post any ones personal stuff or photos without their permission so please dont PM me for them.

I have all my pages of guides, posers, doll makers, random neopets info pages...

Its kinda weird cos at the moment, all id have to do is get a domain name and a host and reupload everything and bam.. NA is back... not that i have the time for it at the moment working full time and all ... (or do i?? )

anyway.. just thought id share cos umm.. its just nuts

EDIT : just looked.. found all the forum files...

ok think of it as this.. you owned PPT for a good 2 - 3 years, created it yourself, turned it into the bustling metropolis that it is (PPT was also better then NA though OFCOURSE, im not ashamed to admit ).. left it and forgot about it for about 2 - 3 years, started playing neopets again and then find it all again

another edit :: just found my old PSP 7 YAYAYYAY my adobe photoshop (whcih i didnt know how to use properly) ran out of its trial lol

I totally say start it back up when/if you can.

I moved out of my parents place three years ago, the other week I got a CD in the post from my mom, I popped it into the computer and it was all my old digital photography! I thought I'd lost it when our hard drive died, but apparently she'd put it all on a disc before hand and had forgotten about it.
It sounds silly, but I was in tears! It did get me back into the swing of things though!

I think you should start it back up again, I'd join!

lol it doesnt sound silly to me at all, I wasnt in tears finding all my NA stuff again, just more pure shock and it bought back A LOT of memories lol

Im still unsure wether I will restart it, will see what happens

If I dont though I will be donating all the graphics and guides and anything else to PPT to use, might as well not let them go to waste!
