I think they might bounce. Ooh! Or maybe they can levitate?

Or maybe they use they're arms? Or are thier arms to short? Hmmm... interesting question. Everyone should go bombarding the Neopian Times with the question-- How do Kiko's walk on land?

If we're lucky enough, they'll put the answer in the editorial.

Ooooo that is a good idea, I'll go do that!!!

Of course, I'll do that to, as it was my idea... I'll find out how, somehow... lol, don't even know my way around the Neopian Times anymore. Eh well, this is a good way to learn.

Edit: I found out how. Go to editorial and at the very bottom (or close by, anyway) there's a submission form.

Noooooo... not Webster! Arnold Jackson! From Diff'rent Strokes. Sure, they were primarily the same, but... Arnold!

I cannot see the picture of poison ivy you posted, but I can see her in my head and she is very similar. It makes sense though. She had a connection/ obsession/ thing going on with plants and illusen is an earth based faeire.

Sorry, that's one show from the 80s that I'll never get straight. I'll get it right next time, I promise.

According to an old Maraqua movie, you're right.

As for the Illusen comparison, I don't see anything similar to Illusen, but the green clothes. The face isn't quite looking like Illusen to me.
