Anyway...this one was hard. =\ There's virtually no color matches for a Tyrannian Peophin, which is what I always revert to when no one mentions personality or budget. Still, there's maybe enough here to get started with.
Peadackle looks okay. Vacana I thought of immediately, because of the mop of hair.
Some Tyrannian-painted petpets have that too, but I liked the Polarchuck best. Plain Airax also looked pretty good. More matches:
Maraquan Grackle Bug, Maraquan Spyder, Red Bluna, Plain Trunkard, Plain Gulper. I'll admit right off the bat that I have no idea why I put Maraquan Spyder as an idea; for some reason I just liked the way the two looked together. The Bluna I liked because it had a pattern down its back and a "mane" similar to the Peophin. Gulper looked like a primitive fish, and might look good in brown if that's ever released.
Mutant Zomutt, maybe? Eh...maybe someone else can find some better ones.
