They are located in the animated advertisements on the top of the screen. Its not a very good game if you have an ad blocker on your computer. If I find another one I'll post a screen shot. In my opinion, its a sneaky way to re-train us to notice ads.

I just go about my business and these things pop up. There really isn't an incentive to do the refresh thing. We all have our reliable ways of making nps.
