I saw this on the Neoboards. I have no idea how accurate this information is, but it at least sounds... plausable:



The board I got that on is about to explode, but if I see a follow-up board, I'll post that link so anyone interested can follow this. He also says he knows nothing about the status of the plot prizes, so even if this is true, we're still in the dark concerning the outcome of the Altador Plot.

Will players who were on DC or HW at any time receive the same avatar, or would it have been better to have played for DC and for HW to get both avatars?

And it sounds like there's nothing special awarded for being on the right team at the end unless you were with that team from the start?

I really dislike Neopets' typical lack of disclosure. I don't like how they never give odds to any of those gambling...err...games of chance, so you can't really teach your kid about odds, gambling, determining what's statistically a "fair game", etc. In the real world, the odds are legally listed. But back to the subject, I dislike how the method for scoring this game was withheld, and I dislike how the prizes were never conveyed up front. If I had known it didn't matter who you chose at the end if you were already on an eliminated team, we wouldn't have stressed out so much about who to choose.

My interpretation was that people who were with either team at the end, regardless of who they were with at the beginning, will get avatars. Those who were loyal all four rounds will get extra spiffy trophies, and those loyal to HW in particular will also get a sidebar (which I strongly suspect is the Halloween sidebar, but I may be wrong. I hope I'm wrong, because that would be kind of lame...).

There's still other prizes, but no one outside of TNT seems to know what they are. You'll probably get extra points for said prizes for being loyal to X team, but that's just my guess. >_>
