I was just wondering what people are doing with the lutari beads. I can't imagine spending 200+K a bead just to fill up a talisman that may prove worthless in the long run. On the other hand, we don't really know what the talisman can do just yet (has anyone actually filled theirs up?).

It would kinda depend if you could remove them from the talisman or not. Perhaps you should write in to the editorial or try and find someone on the Neoboards who's put beads on their tali to ask. If they are removable then you might as well see what it does, but otherwise you might be better off selling it...

I would wait. If you sell now, you might sell it for less than it ends up being worth. Ofcourse, there's a chance you might sell for more than it ends up being worth, but that's a gamble. I'd prefer to be patient and wait and see.

I would put it in there, I like collecting stuff.

Sell now for whatever people want to pay for them, then when they deflate I'll add them to my own talisman.

I've heard that the talisman gives you increased neopoints on Flash games, and discounts in stores. The extra neopoints are likely very limited, just like the Premium Space Faerie Charm, and I never buy from the official shops anyway. So it'll be a while before the beads will be interesting to keep.

I'd use it. I mean, who cares if it ends up being worth 10 mill? I don't care. xD

I found one in a Random Event, and sold it for 150k.
They had been going for 300k.

Someone posted that in my TP thread when I asked why asking for a PB in exchange was unreasonable. I think it might have been yours.

I decided to sell mine while the price was still high-ish. I figure 1 bead out of 20 isn't going to do me very good, and that the money's better spent on that PB I'm saving up for.

I posted 300k in my wishlist on the TP, but the best offer I got was 150k.
AND everybody I asked said that 150k was about the normal price.

Ah, well.
I'm 150k richer than before I found the bead.

I would keep it in my SDB. until I went to clean out my SDB again, then I'd sell it ^^;

I'd sell because if I was interested in increased random events and double np from games, I'd get Premium.

I read somewhere that the completed talisman also gives you random small discounts in neopian shops. A restocker might benefit in this, plus it isn't a Premium feature (or maybe it is, I'm not sure lol).

The talisman is a nice addition to my lookup, but I have no intention of buying all twenty(?) beads.

I've still got the 6% discount in shops from waaaay back. I wonder if they'll stack.
