For the Bank, Do you need to have a neopian adress, or can you level that blank? Can someone tell me what is nessecarry and unnessecary for making an account? And can someone give me the exact link to the cell block guide? I can't find the link for the guide

It has been so long since I made a bank account I do not remember what is neccesary.

Here is the link for the Cellblock guide. I went to the PPT home page. Clicked "Neopets Game Related." Under "Puzzle Games" I clicked "Cellblock."

I don't think address is necessary, it just makes the form look more "real".
