It's 1am for me, but I figure that since the idea is really just to see if it works rather than anything else, the best time to do it first is when most people are about.

How do you think the best way to do it would be?

I thought maybe I would make a thread at about quarter to, just so we can grab everyone online, and all start refreshing for around 10 or fifteen minutes, keeping an eye on the thread and posting if you see/get anything good.

I'll go there later today (after my barbeque

) and refresh on my own for about 10 mins, just as a sort of 'control' test, so we have something to compare it to.

I would say though, that if this DOES work, and we start seeing loads of good stuff, THEN might be a good time to submit an editorial question as to whether or not this breaks the rules. If not, we can make it a monthly event or something :hug:

This is the first time I have felt part of something on PPT

Awesome, finally others want to do this too. I tried to organize this a couple years ago, but hardly anybody participated.

Back when the Rubbish Dump was new, I managed to get a Mortog and some codestones, and then sold the Mortog for 500k. Turmacs and the other Meridell petpets can also appear there.

I don't visit that place much... Haven't seen anything there up for grabs yet either.

But seeing some of the success stories here, I will try to visit it more

I have reserved my place on the computer for the occasion. Plus my boyfriend is coming. He can't understand why I would want to be up at 1am hanging around a virtual rubbish dump :roflol:
