Yeah, I tried that but I guess sometimes my internet connection gets slow so when I click, it might not be exact and I lose levels so it's too complicated for me now

Ok, I'm very new to BDing. What are the ways to increase HP? Is this different from training for defense? Or what training will increase this? It's kinda pointless for me to try any of the higher challengers without getting lots of HP under the belt.

The Lab Ray also increases HP big time.
