I got nine goals, and I'm supposed to get a super goalie. all that I could see that was different was that it moved on a circle. Is this what the super goalie is supposed to do?

It's not you who will get a super goalie, but the opponents... Just try scoring again and you'll see what I mean, I've never succeeded in getting that 10th goal in, not even with a whole minute left on the clock, their keeper just seems to catch everything...

I know that this has probably already been brought up before, but I was watching the fairly oddparents and they had a tv commercial advertising the altador cup. It was... very odd to see. I thought it was interesting though.

Wow. I wasn't expecting the Lost Desert to get that much support. Probably carrying over from the plot I suppose.

Okay, I've gotten several PMs about this, so I figure I'll just say this on the board again. Just so you're all clear:

While the computer CAN move around its team members, when it's on the defensive, they all go back to their starting positions. You, too, can do this! Just press Shift, and everyone on your team (except for the player currently selected) will move back to the starting defensive position. It's as easy as that. The computer can move multiple members at a time, and you can (sort of), too.

That should cut down a few more PMs.

Except for the fact that that Shift command does not work for me and some others. Don't know why, but either way it helps me focus on my all too often neglected goalie, which is of course where I always mess up.

WHAT?! Tyrannia is the second from the bottom?
Bah, is the quality and not the quantity that matters. And when we win, the prizes will be rarer.

Seriously, it comes as a surprise, since I have meet several Tyrannian supporters on the boards. Maybe we are louder than Kiko Lakers and Roo Islanders.

Shouldn't the title read Y8 (2006) Altador World Cup? This is, afterall, a Neopian event.

Anyway, I joined Krawk Island and my current best score is 9-0. I originally hoped to get my score up to 15-0 but that doesn't seem possible... for me at least.

I can't wait to see how scoring is going to work. For the life of me I can't seem to figure out how TNT would have went about making the scoring fair for all teams... maybe it won't be.
