You can also ask your friends/neofriends if they want to co own so that they can help! Or find someone on the neopets Guild Boards to help.. I see alot of people do that

Er.. also a guild should be active. I think that's one of the most important thing people look for in a guild..

Activities
Webbie (where all guild rules and etc info are)
