Wait, is it easyer to play with your tablet? I shall try. xD

Well I heard someone claim "advantage." :P So gave me ideas, and I just notice more about how I work with a trackball versus a regular mouse.

I assume if you can "draw" a loopy, wavy path, it hits less players in the "trail" of that, for with my trackball I tend to zoom in diagonal lines.

Yea, it does seem a little easyer playing with it. I like to use it in advert attack too xD

Ferret, didn't you once say that it seemed like the keeper went all berserk the moment you scored 9 goals? Well, I can confirm this... The first 9 goals went in really easy (against the jelly team btw), I could easily just slide the yooyu right next to the keeper and he almost didn't move... But the moment I got 9 goals in, he started moving like 4 times faster, which made it fairly impossible to score...

Well, I think I will have to practise more. I can beat any computer (I've beated all other teams in order for my own encouragement :P ) but the most I've scored is 7, with an average 5, not the 11 or 12 other person have. So I'm fairly good, but still certainly not on the top!

edit: I've just won 9-1 (damn faeire ball!!), I'm getting better!!! GO LOST DESERT!!!!! 8)

Only lost one game (4-3) due to said crappy mouse aswell (Wire keeps getting caught on the desk or Keyboard)

Oh, and an Avid Supporter of Team Darigan as-per-usual.

I wish I had a tablet, there's quite a few games which it gives good avantages for... I'm pretty sure it's hard to get Time Tunnel trophies *without* using a tablet. o.O

Try using the technique shown in the video I made (the link's in my siggy). I think it's way easier really seeing it than just having to read instructions on how to score a goal :)

That tutorial really does work by the way, until you get hung up on a faerie ball...

By the way, dont faerieland have a bit of an unfair advantage with that? I mean in the real world cup the refs, the linesmen, EVERYONE has to be neutral, but the ball? Especially one that dives around 'randomly'...

No worries, I play with Faerieland, but the ball doesn't really listen to my team either :) I do know a fairly good way of scoring with it though, I'll try making a video of it too :)

A'ight almost WC soccer so nice of Neopets to join the hype hehe.

I like the graphics, the game is not very original though, and the gameplay is truelly sh*t. As kid i've played Speedball 2 on Gameboy among other DOS games on old PC. Some differences:

1) In AC the players stand still when not selected. Together with the speed of the game this is unbearable.
2) The hovering over a player select them instead of clicking or a keystroke selecting them. In any soccer-like game i've played you need to click or select a button to get this functionality.
3) The AI is pretty bad, though this seems to differ. For example i can just walk around the enemy, or just walk to them to grab the ball.
4) If they pass the ball well then there is simply no time to defend, while you cannot put up a proper defense and your defenders don't automagically do this to create time for you to take initiative.

Here are some hints though my gameplay is not "cooperative" i just walk with the person who has the ball except when thats the keeper then i pass to defender who attacks. I play with 3 defenders and 1 attacker since i only need 1 attacker to score.

1) Put your defense player between the goal and the person who has the ball (see screenshot 4).
2) Use effect wisely for example instead of using a player you use effect to get a ball to a player. Useful if theres an enemy between you and your other player.
3) Especially if too crowdy, walk away from their goal, then turn around.
4) Score from the right in the left corner, or from the left in the right corner (see screenshot 1, 2, 3).
5) Walk around a player with the ball behind you.
6) Egotripping against computer works well, since the AI is dumb.
