I know there was a script you could use to do that. I know of at least one where you choose the color scheme, type in words, hit enter, then copy and paste into forum/chat room/whatever. That was years ago, so I'm sure there are better ones now ;)

Well there is a weird item on neopets called "bowl of yuck". You get it from Skarl and here is the url of it
