There is no url to the book. When you get it you can't even bookmark it.
When you do it just sends you back to the main archive page.

I managed to bookmark it...I clicked back, and copied the link i was going to. It works

Oooh. Once you start entering guesses it changes to the archives page url. That certainly helps so that I don't have to keep going the long way.

Each "rock" you put in moves the ceiling a certain number of "notches" as you can see on the rim. What you want are the gears that will move the ceiling cover to the RIGHT for a total of 15 notches. The gears are the ones that move it RIGHT 4, 5, and 6 notches. Do it ONE at a time until you hit one of these notches, then add onto it! You should be able to get it.

ok, what does it mean by notches and is the ceiling cover supposed to close?

You want to open the right side 15 sections. When you actually view the ceiling to see if it's opening or not there are lines around the edge, and the center line is darker. Count fifteen lines to the right and that's how far you want it open.

i get the numbering rooms concept.... but what do you mean by things like "book 12".. how are you numbering the books? Is it the same number of books in each room... aaaand are they in the same place in each room?

There are 31 books per room. Click in the corner of the picture. The first four tabs are doors. From there you count books. Tab five is book one. As far as I can tell all books that are spell books have fallen on numbers that are multiples of three.

Oh, and yes, all book locations are in the same place in every room.

That's what you want. The best way to do it is in two windows, one with the ceiling and one with the gears. Try each one, and count the number of lines each one gets moved to the right.

They're tabbing and counting the number of tabs. So far the books are always in the same place.

All my urls look alike. And that's what shows up when I hover. Just a bunch of random numbers and letters. 15, actually.

Well I checked all rooms with double multiples of 3 (12x12, 6x6, etc) but no luck. I hope someone cracks the code soon.

Edit: I take that back. I wasn't aware rooms go over 15. -sigh- More checking . . .
