Make sure the space is there before test. You will see the %20 there after you click to visit that URL. I think the person just signed up with their username being a space or maybe it really is a TNT testing account and they created it with the name being a space which the browser understands the space as %20 which is why it shows up in the URL and nowhere else on their user lookup as their name for Neopets.

This seems more like someone hacking into the database than anything else. I've heard there are people out there who try to hack into everything just to say they can and have. Of course, TNT has claimed that no one has actually hacked into Neopets before, but there is a first time for everything. And if it isn't a hack, then it's an intentional search for bugs in the system. Either way, it amounts to basically the same thing.

But how easy is it to put them in the proper space? Sure, anyone could put the pictures up in the space we're given to stick text or whatever.
I hope it is a neopets test account, because otherwise, either I'm really dumb or they're really smart.
I changed my password after going there. I don't know what it'd do but I feel unsafe now...
