Actually mine went very quickly as well. After I realized that you need to go into the other rooms as well to fix it.

LOL wheres the MISTER in CSLEWISLOVER? :roflol: :roflol: :roflol:

Hey, I'm not sure i get it. If I really were Lewis' lover in a worldly sense, I'd extremely likely be a female (which I am).

Anyway, I need help. I haven't seen too many people have trouble getting their constellation, but I am. I did the star mapper so I know exactly which stars they are, but I can't get it to accept it. I went to the archivist already. Is there some special way the lines are supposed to be done? It doesn't say that in the helps at the beginning. Thanks.

Connect the 4 'box' stars to the center star not criss crossed over it.

I believe the original reference was to fergermister not cslewislover.

This also happened to me, it fitted perfectly into some coloured stars on the StarMapper but wouldn't accept. Try using the consellation finder instead and submitting those co- ords.

I also had a problem with picking the right lone star as there were several next to each other. Not that you are having this problem but I thought I would mention it.

In the URL line (while in the water plant), whenever you pull something, "r3" and such indicates the room you are messing around in, and "v1" or "l2" indicates which valve or lever you yanked on. There are v1-v4 and l1-l4, which correspond to each of the 4 valves/levers. Of course, this won't help you figure it out, but it's nice to know, eh?

Fergermister, thanks for the image and notes. I was still having a problem--guess I'm daft today--but saw you have to do the lines to the center as well as the diamond lines. I just didn't realize I had to do so many lines this time. As for the outer star, yes, it seems like it should be further out; that's why I had to go to a star mapper. Thanks again, everyone!

The book shelves area sure is messy, I say!

As inconsistent as the organization of the library may be, it also appears to have near identical rooms. Ordered disorder?

Anyway, has anybody found the east wall of the archives yet? I'm getting tired.

ummmmm....yeah, they use a coord system, as well as the random stuffs. i tried putting 2000000000000 in, and i could still go east. so give up.

As far as we know, there are no walls to the archives... it is unlimited, however some people have found that the room numbers begun looping at some high number such that you don't really go any further than that point even if you can keep going east.

+ is open valve, x is closed valve, u is switch up, d is switch down.

Plus these are proofs that it is not the combination but the path.

WATER PLANTS DO NOT WORK THIS WAY !!!

This is officially the most unfair puzzle in the history of .. I mean .. I'm sorry, I can't even call it a puzzle. TNT couldn't pay me to click any more, not even in neopoints. :P

I have tried all 256 "combinations" more than once, so have many. I submit this is unfair, or else there is a glitch, for the following reasons:

1) Even if it were like a Myst puzzle game, one could follow the water's flow by determining what goes on when, by clicking and seeing if that affected another area, etc., essentially mapping out the pipes. So what, hard enough. Hard enough to methodically test all 256 "combinations." It doesn't matter because I can fiddle to my heart's content *inbetween flooding* and set things back to my original sequence, but my water looks totally different from my starting point. If I want to map water flow, I have to notice changes. I can only notice a change if I refresh each room (properly with the room=URL, not refreshing the last action one did).

2) There is no aim. By making this "random" for each user, there is no common or even unique-to-each-user goal to attain. So we have no idea what the final end should be, unless we knew what to look for first. In other words, again, I *could* map my pipes and water flow, IF it were actually consistent! It appears not to be. People that got it by clicking "randomly" were Lucky, with a capital L, or there must be a Glitch.

3) Why I think it is poor programming, to be honest: By submitting a click, the other data should be "set" already. I don't know what is going on here, and this may scare most of you, but I do notice my hard drive "sounds" and know when something has changed with data sequences within neopets plots (it is virtually the only website I use, lol).

There is something going on with "either if or and something changes here or there when I click this, I must then go and do this." Hard to make sense but some might know what I mean (probably those still trying, heh). For example, I have an *inclination* that if I click on anything in one room, and *nothing* OR *something* happens, that means I should X. Get me? In other words I must act on this information by, again for instance, if I click on something and nothing happens, refresh (properly) all room URLs # (which is why I notice TNT changed the room names to links, unless I totally missed that when the Plant was released). So for that same example, perhaps if something changes in one room, I need to move to another, and so forth, but which sequence? There is no goal! There are far more than a "measly" 256 combinations for all of these scenarios. I have no idea, frankly how so many have gotten so lucky so fast, when even by using one's brain (methodically, creatively, or intutively), or even some sort of "cheat," it should take longer. (Good thing it's not possible to cheat something that can't be won. I think I'm officially out of the plot, unless TNT admits a glitch or I can brave it again.)

Speaking of "cheats," I heard someone found a URL for the Punch Combos. Perhaps brave and daring programmers can try to find us soggy-bottomed Water Plant-ers a nice URL to click on to advance?

Sorry for the bitter rant. It has been a long 3 days full of Repetitive Stress.
