maybe we have to place the necklace on each of the statues in order?????

There's gotta be a clue somewhere as to which room in the library is the correct one cause ther has to be a bagillion trillion million (ok you get the point) combinations.

I had the exact same problem. I refreshed in the plant a few times, and the door suddenly opened.

For those who've gotten the constellation, has anyone found anything in the archives yet? I tried increasing the x-coord in the url to see how big it was. I tried 5000 and chose the right door for several pages, and got different cmhv values at the end of the url each time. I don't know if this means there are literally 5000 rooms (in each direction, no less!). But I sure hope not...

I wanted to try this so I flipped everyhing in the middle room which closed both valves and opened the switch. Then flipped everything in the right which I think closed the first 2 and opened the third then tried messing with the left room but could get nothing to happen. Realized you had said you did the right room first so I set about opening everything to reset. I opened the 2 valves in the left room. Went to the middle and opened the 2 valves at which point it said I solved it.

Finally got it! Not sure if every has the same thing they need to do or not, but here's what I did so someone can prove it one way or the other.

I went in and changed every lever and wheel, starting in the rightmost room and working my way left. When I got to the end, I returned to the office. I then re-entered, went back to the right room and clicked the furthest right again(was planning to go through them all again). Lo and behold, the plant was fixed.

Does this work for anyone else?

Is the necklace/amulet an item (i.e. should be in my inventory)? I don't have it there. If not, how do you place it on the statues?

did you click on the necklace and click continue before heading to the farm?

Has anyone else noticed that if you creep along in one direction in the archives, each room looks alike, but when you tab through the doors, they show up in a different order? (For example, in one room tabbing might do north, west, east, south, but in the next room do north, south, east, west). Do you think if you always clicked on a certain door (first, second, or third) it would take you to where you need to go? Of course, this seems way too easy...

Never mind... Tried it and it just got me back to the beginning.

The necklace is not an item, but you can put it on a statue in the HOH by clicking on the statue's neck.

The centre of flooded altador looks like the protector costellation.

OMG a clue!

I'm going to try a few orders for the put-necklace-on-statue thing, but I doubt there's anything to do until the next constellation (if there is going to be another one!).

I put the necklace on each statue (in order) then looked at their stars. When I finally did King Altador... his constellation won't open, but it did before I tried them all in order. Just a glitch???

I didnt like this room the 1st time and i don't like it now!
I think that you have to click like in all (!!!)

of the shelves or something...
it won't just pop in front of your eyes when you enter a room :cry:
