I warned you that I would be updating early today. Sorry for such an early and short update.

Story as of now:
Elena goes splat. Reno hits Koopa for -3 damage

1700 Rule: Regardless of when the last update occurred, you may make actions after 5PM your time zone. There is no need to wait for an update to make an action, but it is recommended. Any actions that break this rule will not count as a legal action and will be promptly (eventually) pointed out.

Preferred Attack format:[Character A] attacks [Character B] for -3 damage’ [Do not forget the underline, red, and bold.]
Code:

Round 19 Announcements:
1: The Turks are not as dangerous now, but their defeat only leads to more NPCs, Giga Koopa and Jenova as examples
2: The next round will be getting early an update due to fun times to be had. If it is not updated early, gameplay will continue as normal until there is one.
3: If there are mistakes or questions, just post them once. I will get to them in no more than 4 hours from this post.
4: Purin cannot target Kirby or Marth
5: Word of to the wise: The next Pokeball will be like the last, except with a twist. If you know me well enough, it will be easy.

Story as of now:
Despite the lacking turnout for the past two rounds, the battle continued. Few real losses or major victories were handed out. Reno still managed his path of destruction, this time swiping Peach for -3 damage.

Keeping with weekend traditions, a Pokeball/Summon Materia round came like clockwork. This one was decreed to be for GM Appreciation Day. Entrants are urged to submit something that their beloved GM would enjoy.

3: DK cannot target Ice Climbers or Mewtwo.
4: The Pokeball/Summon Materia may sound funky, but it is really simple if you think you know your GM. Just post something he may like.
5: How can you not earn an easy 5 points by reviewing this?!

This Round's Weapons:
Pokeball/Summon Materia: 1) Ask for a Materia or give a number. 2) Name a character. 3) Drop something that your GM would like. It can be a quote, a pic, or an all-expenses paid trip to Japan. What it is, is up to you.

This Round's Specials:

2) Ice Climbers: Ice Shot: -2 damage to two characters

Round 22

I am overly bummed for reasons not relating to this game ∴ There will be a dramatic drop off in the story quality and announcements until I can get less bummed. Updates will come as I feel (from 1600 - 1700 PST) as another result.

Story as of now:
Cloud, saddened at the loss of his supporter, picks up a Pokeball. He releases the always cheery Happy from her confinement. She restores +4 HP to all characters and Reno. Reno took that good cheer and used it to smack Purin around for -3 damage. Tracing his evolution back to a d10, Megahedron used Summon Materia (who’s effect is determined by a d10) to summon Golem to protect Mr Game & Watch.

In stage related news, the new stage of Ivalice has appeared. The details are listed below, but the short and sweet says that DK, Ice Climbers, and Cloud are under arrest. They will be on probation next round.

3: Luigi can’t attack Joanna or Falco
4: The police have arrested: Donkey Kong, Ice Climbers, and Cloud. They cannot attack or be attacked for the rest of the round.
5: Happy can be used multiple times for the same result. Now that you know which Pokeball she is in, you can now use at her more easily.
6: stinkyllama’s computer and internet has been KIA. Here is too hoping that she will be returned to us soon.
7: Hmm... It seems that all of the characters are still pretty damn healthy. Master Hand will arrive Wednesday, even if Reno is still alive.
8: Golem protects Mr Game & Watch from any damage for two rounds.
9: To Christopher: Yes. I would. The only problem is that I have not yet found a good way of buying products from Japan and not having shipping cost more than the product.

This Round's Specials:
1) Luigi: Super Jump Punch: -4 damage to one character. Target cannot attack or heal for the rest of the round
2) Joanna: SuperDragon: -3 damage to three characters and -3 to Joanna.
3) Falco: Blaster: -2 damage to up to two characters

This Round's Stage:
Ivalice: Red Card! Three characters that attacked last round are arrested and cannot attack or be attacked this round. After the arrested characters are freed, they only deal -2 damage and can not use weapons until the next round.
Also, Reno is still holding out.
