Hello all on the PPT forums... I'm btjaus and I'm new

I played Neopets a while back, when I was much younger, would have been in the early days of Neopets - you guys remember, back when the stockmarket worked on supply and demand I stopped after a bit of that, gave all my neopoints to my brother, who spent them on a chocolate house that melted the next day. Soooo, I'm starting again from scratch, just as more of a hobby.

These forums have been a great help for me, especially with the Altador Mini-plot, and so I thought, why not add to the ranks!!

So here I am, a fresh young member of the cohort. I'm from down-under, the Great country of Australia, land of Drop-Bears and many other vicious creatures, and I'm a student.

Thanks for everything, and I hope I can contribute over time.

PS. Let's pray for Beaconsfield, and pay our respects to Richard Carleton. You Aussies will know what I'm talking about.

Well Jade, you bring a good point - there's nothing wrong with Tae Kwon Do - it's a brilliantly devised system of Art and Self Defence. As Master Rhee says - 'Sound Mind, Sound Body'. But I'm not biased at all.

On the Australian note - how many of you have heard the latest ad from us - tourism dept. - "Where the Bloody Hell Are ya'???" It did go worldwide... makes for riveting television.

Well, I'm afraid the punch is more of Mayan's own specially made one.

Welcome to PPT btjaus! We certainly like Aussies here (at least, I think we do, seeing as the founder lives there...hehe). The Altador plot certainly has been wonderful. I personally quite enjoy the puzzle plots more than the battle ones (although I am starting to train more for the battledome). I hope that starting up on Neopets a second time is as much fun as the first time (if not more).

Welcome to the forums! I went to Australia once. It was very nice and sunny, which was lovely, but I also got sick in Australia, which was not quite so lovely. The pharmacies also seem to close most of the time.

Do you enjoy tae kwon do? I have a friend who is going to get her black belt soon; I'm making a mental note to physically provoke her. It seems like a good idea to learn some form of self-defence, but I'm too lazy.
