It would probably be a better use of resources to wait until arogance1 gets his account back and THEN help him get his stuff back - there is no point at all in giving this thief any of our neopoints.

I was hacked twice, lost about four million in neopoints and items. (Maraquan PB, Draik Transmog Potion, lots more) But the nice TNT support team got me my acc back, and that's what matters. Just be patient and give as much info as possible, specify time to the nano-second when you lost access to your account.

Aren't you all a little worried about buying up expensive things, especially if they're under value, from an account that has been reported as stolen? Seems a little risky to do, because of the implication that the thief is trying to get the items into his own established account.

i think you should go ahead and open up a new account. mine was (somehow) broken into two falls ago and all my items, NP and my brand new yellow ixi (mix_fix) was stolen. i was contacted many times and responded with info that was infallable, even down to friends/family on the site they could contact if they wished to know about me. i gave my email, pword, family bloodline history, got a physical and was constantly polite and persistent, and in the end all i got was a 'sorry'. they didn't even care that the person's account to which my pet had been transferred was named 'sleezy mcgrease.' HINT MUCH!?

so yea. start over and don't rush youself. i hope you feel better once this is all finished. and kudos if they treat you better than they did me!

I've got a new gmail address with a completely different name to my username, so hopefully i'll get unfrozen and i can change email to that.

Hi, you might not know me, but I'm writing about arogance1, the Green Shoyru you picked up luckily at the pound. Are you aware that its owner, arogance1, had his account broken into and his main pet pounded? It would be useless to search for him as a user right now, as his account is frozen.

I'm sure you'd feel the pain if your account was broken into, had the items auctioned or traded, and your beloved pets pounded. As I can see, you have played for 10 months on Neopets. Arogance1, on the other hand, has worked hard for 40 months, i.e. three years and a half, for his accomplishments. Not to say that you aren't good or anything, I mean, look me up, I played for 50 months and probably has less than half you have. But anyway, do you mind giving back Arogance1?

It would be nice if you could reply to this Neomail. I'm hopeful that we can work something out. Thanks!
