Round 12


Story as of now:
Death Mountain spat and spewed with few heeding the warnings. Nearly every character was singed and smashed by falling debris and ash. Most notable among them: Rude, Link, Luigi, Captain Falcon, and even Fox. That is right. The last bit of damage Fox received was from the Stage itself. They don’t call it Death Mountain for nothing.

While laughing at Rude for getting hit by debris, the Turks went to town. Choosing targets at random, they hit Koopa, Diddy, and Yoshi for -3 each.


1700 Rule: Regardless of when the last update occurred, you may make actions after 5PM your time zone. There is no need to wait for an update to make an action, but it is recommended. Any actions that break this rule will not count as a legal action and will be promptly (eventually) pointed out.

Preferred Attack format:[Character A] attacks [Character B] for -3 damage’ [Do not forget the underline, red, and bold.]
Code:
[u][Character A][/u] attacks [color=red][Character B][/color] for [b]-3 damage[/b]


Simple Attack format:[Character A] attacks [Character B] for -3 damage’ [Do not forget the bold.]
Code:
[b][Character A] attacks [Character B] for -3 Damage[/b]


Preferred Heal format:[Character] heals for +2 HP [Do not forget the green and bold.]
Code:

Round 12 Announcements:
1: The HRB will be Round 15 in replace of a stage. Here are the rules to those that have forgotten.
2: The Turks are probably the most dangerous entity in the arena right now. It might be good to target them. The usual +25 point each for their defeat is just a side manner.
3: Unlike other NPCs, the Turks do not lock the stage. Stage shifting will occur as normal.
4: Shame on everyone for wasting the Metal Box that could have protected a choice character.
5: As to how everyone screwed up killing Fox: He was down to 1 HP. One attack would have killed him. More than one attack came. The stage’s effect was applied since Fox did not heal. The stage dealt the last damage so the stage gets credit and 25 points is added to the GM’s pot since the stage can’t spend it.
6: An apology is owed. The first two characters are not to be automatically dropped this and next game. I want to bring the cast to 30 characters and will automatically add two characters each game until that number is reached. This has nothing to do with me liking Fox or thinking that Mario should not be dropped.

This Round's Weapons:
HRB: A secret poll will be held to see who gets the bat and who gets attacked. The victim is automatically eliminated no matter how much HP s/he has left. Appears Round 15
1 Elixir: +5 HP. User cannot take anymore actions this round.

This Round's Specials:
1) Capt Falcon: Falcon Kick: -3 damage to two characters
2) Falco: Reflector: +4 HP and reflect the next attack against Falco, or reflect all attacks against Falco for the round
3) G&W: Oil Panic: Automatic. Reflect all attacks against Mr Game & Watch for this round

None, but the Turks are still around.

Story as of now:
A nice, slow round is just what was needed. The calm didn’t last though. The Turks are at it again. Rude punched Mewtwo; Reno slashed Koopa; and Elena slapped Peach. Each victim received -3 damage each.

5: No special events are planned around the bat, but I want more entries. You don’t want ~:> to get mad.

How come jigglypuff still has 39 hp when I did 3 damage to him last round?

Luigi uses his special to do -3 damage to rude and jiggly

Jigglypuff should be at 33 after this post.

Because I forgot to ctrl+p, ctrl+v when doing my write up earlier. All character's HP are where they should be.
