You have to look at the date of the news -

2nd May - Lupe Day! - so even if it come out on the 1st, Lupe Day and the free training isn't until the 2nd.

Sometimes TNT will announce that free training starts early (usually when training falls on a weekend or public holiday)

I noticed that they didn't announce the free training for Cybunny Day either... that was strange (unless I just missed it somewhere).

I think they've been getting a little lax with the news lately...look at what happened last week, where they posted 3 days ahead of time. Maybe.

As I posted above, TNT don't always mention the Free Training, as it is
always available on the Pet's day.
