Need help with Premium Scratchcards

I have a little problem and I don't know the reason or how to fix it:
Like you know premium users are getting a Space Faerie Scartchcard every friday and I am a premium user.
now when I go to the portal and click the word Scratchcard's it opens a small window and when I click one of the scratchcard's its opening a window with a neopets nrmal page that has a flash application in it but this flash application isn't loading and I cant play no matter how much time you will give it it won't load and IE or Firefox (tried them both) will say that the page is still loading. I tried it from another PC in my home but the results are the same. I have the latest Flash plugin and Shockwave plugin bt nothing helps. I wrote TNT about it but I got no answer.
Please help me...

Sometimes the scratchcards took a minute or two to load for me. But if youre waiting like 5 minutes without seeing anything, Id write to them again. And then wait, and then write again. And keep writing until they acknowledge the problem and give a helpful solution. Have you asked for help on the premium boards? Sometimes they've had the same problems and have figured out the best way to fix it. Im personally fed up with Premium in general though. On Thursday, they decided to delete my service for the second time for absolutely no reason

OK so i asked this question in the Premium boards and they told me that this is a problem in the site and not in my PC so can anyone tell me if one of this things are working at his PC:
