The Neocam pic reminds me of a store mannequin displaying, perhaps, armour. And referring back to the TCG for the thief, "Stealthy, creeping, shadow-like, Kellard waits for his chance to strike." So maybe it is some stealth item/character/place we need to search for.

The NeoCam has a random picture up. Could be a red herring but the three circles on the paper kinda look like the 3 circles near the fountain in Altador. That paired with the next constellation being the Thief and the fact that it was said that the Theif was found by getting to tunnels through the aquaducts by the statue in the video game... well I dunno. Nothing's clickable, but then again I had trouble clicking the stuff for the First to Rise.

Strange how familiar that sounds to the "wait for our signal" from the Astronomy club...

I think the three circles look like a face in surprise mode. like :o

And I think the thing looks like a headless, handless Ken doll with something else's legs and a straw-cap on the end of its arm.

Hopefully it doesn't eat my post, again. :x

silly question

Thu Apr 20, 2006 2:00 am

this may make me sound like a newbie, but how would one get to the neocam? i looked in "obvious" places on neopets, but i can't find it, and i want to see this "clue" that may or may not exist.

If you lose the link, you can always type neocam into the search bar and get to it from there :)

Tall Ruins

Thu Apr 20, 2006 2:30 am

I'm very intrigued by the tall ruins in the upper rightish area of Altador City. There's a dirt road going up to them, and it looks like one group of columns is butting into another group of unrelated columns, or a building. I don't have all the TCG cards, or the PSP game, so I wouldn't know if there's any clues about this area in those. Anyone have any info or guesses?

Well for those who have been skeptical of the flash list heres a petpage with screenies.

http://petpages.neopets.com/~Winged_Angel_Snake

I never got around to taking screenies, but this person did. The overlay numbers are the order.

Okay, someone on the boards is connecting the "headless" whateveritis to the Janitor's comment about "blowing his top".

It seems interesting, but I can't think of anything else to connect it to.

Of course, it's possible that all this thinking has melted my brain :P

The neocam image can be one of two things:

A Clue:
headless figure in armour = headless jeran plushie (could not find any/unbuyable)=not likely
scarecrow = went to farm did not find any additional links incl scarecrow in field
Depiction of habitual thief = first time caught, hand cut-off, habitual, head cut-off

Feel free to suggest anything else

OR

A red herring:
Figure depicted as headless (without a clue) and armless (not pointing to anything) = maybe TNT's subtle way of saying the clue is out there but no-one has found it yet

*shrugs* see what you think

:roflol: Sorry, but that was just really funny.

The theif is one of the hero's of altador, so I dont think that he stole habitually, or when he did, it was for good.

Should just be a red herring

Perhaps they "stole" the parts to make that .... uh, doll?

And it's got a big plastic dinosaur behind it... don't know if that means anything :o
