Not fast enough for a trophy upgrade
Anyway here's the solution for those of you interested (no guessing was required, there were enough clues):
The first statement:

doesnt give us anything to work with.
The 2nd statement:
Quote:
The Blumaroo and the Bori had better scores than James.
means that James is not a blumaroo or a bori
The 3rd statement:
Quote:
In the first game, the Blumaroo rolled first, then the Bori rolled, then the orange pet rolled, then John rolled.
means that John is not orange, is not the bori, and is not the blumaroo
The 4th statement:
Quote:
In the last game, the Bori rolled first, then Jerry rolled, then the orange pet, then the Bruce.
means that Jerry is not the bori, orange, or the bruce. This leaves us with only Jordan as the bori. With jordan as the bori, only Jerry can be the blumaroo.
The 5th statement:
Quote:
The white pet went home before the Bruce did.
we cannot use yet.
The 6th statement:
Quote:
The brown pet didn't score as high as James.
means that James is not brown. since the 2nd statement, means that the blumaroo and the bori are not brown either. That means that neither jerry nor jordan are brown. This means that John is brown.
The last statement:
Quote:
The purple pet went home before Jerry.
means that jerry is not purple. This means that jerry has to be white.
With that settled, we can now use the 5th statement. Since jerry went home before the bruce, and the purple pet went home before jerry, we know that the purple pet cannot be the bruce. Also, from statement 4, we know that the orange pet cannot be the bruce. THis means that the bruce must be white or brown, and since jerry the blumaroo is white, the bruce is brown. Since we know that john is brown, john is the bruce, leaving james as the buzz.
Also from statement 4, we know that the bori cannot be orange. That only leaves purple as the color for the bori, which means that jordan is a purple bori.
