well considering that it says, "THIS IS NOT A CLUE," I would normally go against it and guess that it is a clue.
but why does that piggy have the sleeper's eyes on it?

But I went ahead and checked the source code and got nada.

...my first thought was thought it was DEFINITELY a clue...but neo has done the whole "fake neocam clue" thing before so im guessing its just there to throw us off

I think we should be looking in the bank. I don't know about you, but banks always remind me of money, inflation...etc. Also, both the bank manager and the collector are skeiths. Brothers?

Oh, and piggy bank=skeith(a neopet with pig-like habits) banker? see the connection?

okay I have two theories that are piggy-related.
1) check the source code of the restive tomb. (before and after you click the dots.)
2) check the source code of the bank after depositing or withdrawing.

Forgive me if I am way off here.....I remember seeing someone mention something about the Tax Collector? Could the bank represent something having to do with that?

Go to the armory
look at the inflation
put all your np in the bank
take out what the inflation was...

my inflation was 4.19 I took out 419
then refresh the armory
click coin purse
viola!

Go there and have the inflation rate x 100 on hand and click on the purse thing that pops up.

Ok. First go to the armory
Then look at the inflation rate

Deposit all your neopoints in bank
Then withdraw the amount of neopoints the inflation rate said

Etc. If it was 4.59 (like me) withdraw 459 np
Go back there
click on the item altadorian coin purse

BAM!
Collector!

Ok, just for the heck of it, I deposited my inflation amounts... Of course nothing. My inflation rates are: Ammbrosia 2.76, rmoury 2.99, Magical 3.87. I still think they are coordinates. Everyone's stare coordinates are different (just like our interest rates). I know the coordinates are different because my daughter's are WAY different than mine

Okay, they are saying on the boards that someone supposedly figured it out.


That you are to go to Illustrious Armoury with exactly 100 times the inflation rate (i.e. -%5.41 = 541) and click on some coin purse thing.


But I'm not getting a coin purse :(

CLUE:

Go to the Illustrious Armoury (Shop #94) and have on hand the same no. of neopoints as the inflation rate there x 100.

There is an item called the Altadorian Coin Purse. Click on it
