Exactly what Cranberry said. I'd be surprised even IF we get something more than 'worthless plot items' (such as the things we've gotten so far). I definitely wouldn't be expecting anything even mediocre as a prize~

And I swear people... If i have to delete one more whining post...
I'm going to have to take a certain thread hostage.
EDIT: And don't reply just to this small blurb about hostage taking.

I (and only I) can reply to it if I want to! *runs*

we might not get another item like the ring of the lost, but i'm sure there'll be some nice prizes.

Personally, I'm hoping for an item that is just as good as the Ring of the Lost.

Keep dreaming. ;) A staff member told me a while ago that this "will not be anywhere near as complicated as LDP. Simple mini-plot to help introduce Altador is all." She didn't mention prizes, but if we get them, it's safe to say they won't be 4 mil+ BD items. Which is good, because seriously, this plot has been SO easy and has taken so little time compared to the LDP that I'd be annoyed if prizes were comparable. It's just for fun; it's not challenging, and any rewards will reflect that.

I agree. Those who have their hopes up for an item like Ring of the Lost (or even something close) are most likely going to get dissappointed. Compared to the weeks spent on the LDP, carrying sand, moving blocks, bringing in furniture, more furniture, reading scrolls, reading even more scrolls, etc, this has been a piece of cake so far. The only constellation even remotely challenging in my opinion has been the most recent. For some it actually took a while to find the right cup combination and I spent a good 10 minutes clicking at archways before I found my Grarrl. However, compared to the LDP this is nada!

I hope for a decent reward, but I don't expect much. What I'd like the most is if we all received different items or something new so that nothing already existing get dramatically reduced in price.

I have to say I like the waiting, for the most part. It means I can fully participate in the plot AND have a real life. If you're bored, be revolutionary, leave your computer. The plot will still be here when you get back. Most likely not progressed. But if it is, no worries, in fact, that makes it even easier for you since the forum will have the steps to take within minutes of it being released so all you have to do is follow along. I love the plots, and I love the boards, but neoplots require lots and lots of patience. Complaining about the wait is only going to make it seem longer.

It hasn't been released yet. And calm down - we're all waiting here as well. If you want to relieve your boredom, you could discuss theories here.

And I try to avoid the plot walkthroughs if I can - I prefer to find things out for myself. I just look here, and, if I can see that there has been an update, then I go and have a look for it. It makes me feel like I'm doing something.

I was hoping for some progress on the plot over the weekend so I'd have plenty of time to play with it. Oh well.

As far as prizes, I am enjoying the game. It isn't too hard for me, especially when I know I can come here for hints if I can't figure it out. So for me the whole prize is the playing.

I wonder when the collector will come out though, I mean waiting isn't too bad. If you're patient, unlike me of course...:P  I even wonder where it will be, the gladiator in the colliseum made perfect sense, but the collector...ho hum...

Yeah. Just something small and rewarding. Even if it isn't too expensive. At the very least, even if nothing else, a shield on our lookup thing would be nice - like with the other plots. Hopefully they can't take that away from us.

"BAM! The Snowager is crushed by an anvil drawn above them with Bakuuda's Toon Petpet Paintbrush!"

One thing I'd realistically like is a Farmer Follies Plushie.

That'd probably be the sort of thing they'd give out, if anything.

I'd love to get some astronomy-related stuff, personally- then I can share my real-life interest with my beloved online pixels!

Signature, eh? We'll see about that...
