Well, the krawks are ok, but I agree, for that pricetag, there not good enough.

First you have to spend the money on the krawk, then you have to spend the money on the pb. I dont even wanna know how much that would cost.

The krawks, I think, are rather unimpressive. I don't much care for krawks outside of Maraquan, but I really dislike the colors and that they're Meridell looking royalty yet again. I was hoping our newest royals would be from Altador.

I'm betting--and this is only a guess--that there will be an Altador paintbrush coming oout of the works eventually. It might be a while, but I think popular demand will call for one.

Well maybe it's just me but I have issues with that. I wouldn't want anything to remind me of the lowest point in my life. I'd say there's nothing worse than the feeling of hopelessness and failure, just wanting your miserable life to end. As a matter of fact it gets me really mad when I think about it for too long, I'd rather just go on with my life than focus on something so negative. That's probably why I have such hostility towards people who think self cutting, crying and suicide is cool. It mocks people who have real problems in thier life. It's not a trend, it's a serious problem.

But if you can take the art of the pets at face value without putting much tought into it then I'm sure it's far easier to enjoy them, but they just has a lot of negative connotations for me.

I too suffer from depression (also tried suicide several times), BUT, TNT most likely never ment to have the grey pets to be looked at this way. I actually think some of them are quite cute, like the Gelert (I'm saving up for mine).

I've been waiting for more dark, or "not so happy" looking pets and paint brushes because the "happy" colors are actually WAY to bright for my books, lol. *poor eyes*

But, once again, I HIGHLY doubt that TNT wanted the grey pets to have the feeling of depression, suicide, ect. But, also remember, they are not FORCING you to paint you pets grey, YOU have the choice on what to paint your pets.

Grey pets can be cool, especially in the battledome. Their attacking pose looks as if they are harming the opponents effortlessly, almost lazily. Their defensive pose looks as if they easily fend off attacks, or the attacks seem futile. I haven't checked with other species, but at least that's how it is with my Grey Kougra :D

The meepit never ceases to scare me!

I have manic depression and I think the grey pets are pretty cool. I mean it's like...they're more *gloomy* than actually depressed if that makes any sense. More like a grey rainy apathetic day than actively depressed. Besides grey is a rather drab colour so...you know.

I wish the ghost pets looked more like this:

After seeing that image, I will forever be disappointed by the current ghost pets. I love seeing the skeleton...just awesome.

um, except, that fish has teeth. and not piranha-style carnivore teeth... brontosaur-style grinding flat teeth.

ok weird.

and i have to say some of the gray pets are quite depressed looking; the happy yurble looks like he's about to cry! :( but somehow I think they end up looking CUTE.

Aiya, that TCG Ghost Koi is incredible. I too will never be impressed by a "normal" ghost pet again. Not that I ever really was...

It's not a piranha - it's a neopet and all Koi's have always had flat teeth :)

(Real) Koi do have teeth. They don't have cartoon-ey teeth like on Neopets, but they do have teeth.
I REALLY like that ghost Evil Fuzzle, though.
