We saw a screening at my school last month and, I gotta say, it really effected most of us. If you haven't seen it yet, I suggest you find a place where it is being screened, and watch it, or try to organize a screening yourself for you and other people to see.

On April 29th, there is this thing called the Global Night Commute, where hundreds of people around the USA are going to sleep outside all together in many major cities around the US. I am participating, as are many many many other people.

I ask, that if you live in the US, to try and participate in this. It is a great cause, and if you ever wanted to make a difference in the world, this is your chance.

If you don't live in the US, or you can't make it to the GNC, then please, air a screening or at least spread the word about these children that don't have a voice. We can work together to make the Invisible Children, Visible.

There are many good ways to try and raise awareness, but this not one of them. Somebody's kid is going to get kidnapped or murdered. It's an honorable cause, but it's a terrible way to go about it.

I saw a screening before, and donated all the money in my purse.


Then I felt stupid when I realised it probably doesn't go to where it will be used anyways and is paying for the people who put on the screenings lunch.

How is urban camping going to help kidnapping victims in Uganda? I agree with Fidds: good cause, bad execution.

Are you supposed to sign up to go to one of 30 something cities on April 20-somethingth.... and when you get there, you join 300 or so other people andddd lay somewhere? Just lay down on the ground and chill and hopefully people will think it means something? And then Bush will say "omg p30p13 is laying arownd.... me talk to da UN and we go to Africa!!!" aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand that's the plan? because thats what I got from the website. Heh.

Who said anything about the UN?
