I don't think mine does that...

Me neither. Matter of fact, I can't even describe the directions my constellations are going...up to the left, zip to the very right, etc.

The astrolabe seems to be plot related somehow.....if it is a collectible, why waste money (or not) to fix it? Why make it broken in the first place?

Absolutely the badge and the astrolobe will figure into the plot. why else would TNT prevent their sale or their donation.

The tool description says it can map celestial bodies....I hope this comes in the form of some sort of attachment to the telescope or something.

Donny fixed mine for free...lucky break for once ^^

All my constellations are rather close to eachother. I haven't actually bothered to see if it's in a pattern, but it makes it a little easier for me to find the next one. If anyone is having trouble finding their constellations, just use Darkfire's starmapper. It has been doing wonders for me. In fact, I used just her's for this and the last constellation.

And is it just me, or is it becoming easier and easier to find the next constellation pattern? I was actually able to find the last two by myself, which is a rarity. Just so long as I long which constellation is next, is becoming more logical. :)

Would anyone possibly be willing to help me locate the wave on my map? I'm constellation inept, or whatever the word is.

I find the constellation finder the easiest thing to use. All you do is put your star data in and it will give you the coordinates... no need to push a constellation around a map of the stars.

use the coordinates to position the stars in the observatory. Then simply click on the star and link your constellation.

this link is the new constellation finder:

SNak Edit: Please do not double post. if you have something to add and noone else has posted after you, use the EDIT button on the top right corner of your post!

Well, if you had read the thread (aside from the 1st post) you would have seen that we have stated that BOTH sites are indeed down. And if you need assistance, use the template I posted (made by Elric) to assist you that way.

And for what its worth, the badge and astrolabe does NOT have to have any usefulness in the plot. It's no trade/sell for the sole sake that only those who put in effort to do the plot have those items. Think of that scroll that we got at the end of the LDP.

I think it's due to the sheer amount of people who are visiting them, and that's causing the bandwidth of each account to be used up very quickly.

Also, could someone help me find my 'Wave'? I've been using the starmap for ages, but I just can't seem to find it.
