Altador Plot Split #30

I think its because thread #29 has not been linked to this new thread.... well when i view it there is no link.. so people thinking that a mod hasnt created a new thread for it and are waiting still.
I had to view the general chat section and saw there was #30 ongoing.. ?

Hmmm If i come ehre and the number of pages is 10 or more i always click the gen chat link above and look for the most recent plot thread. I'vge noticed as well the lack of split lkinks so i no longer rely on them. It's not too hard to just go to the gen chat and find the current one.

True, but not everybody thinks of that. Sometimes, boards can go to sixteen or seventeen pages before splitting, and some people just wait on the same board for hours, wondering why nobody is posting. I only recently discovered the General Chat way of finding this board, but then, I am generally exceptionally slow on the uptake.

They link for Darkfire's star mapper should be on the first post of every split.

Ya, I saw no link and got a bit confudsed then noticed when the post was from and went back to the general chat board and found it.

Plus there's not that much for us to talk about now that we've done speculation and all (mainly) found our relevant constellations...until an update we're just kicking our heels. *kicks heel against edge of bed*

I'm glad to see someone else is having the same problem as I am.
I thought maybe it was just me.
I can't find my 1st to Rise constellation, either by telescope or the starmapper. I've tried every dot. I have followed all the steps on the first page to a T. I've tried dumping cookies and history, even used a different browser....any other suggestions?
The Lenny says how i found the road with the stars.

Make sure u visit the lenny, then get your star data, then refresh your telescope

and use this site http://ricall.freehostia.com/findconst.php To give u the exact co-ords of where ur constellation is...


And people trying to look for other constellations on their starmap.... since the stars move/change some or all of the remaining might not be on ur map... but some can be.

I tried what you suggested and it's not showing up on that either.
It only found the wave, dreamer, farmer, dancer,gladiator and sleeper.

I guess my Faerie just doesn't want to wake up.....grrr

Hmm, I guess I'm part of this club too. Maybe some of us got maps where we have to find a different constellation before we get a map with the First to Rise on it? It's unlikely, but it might have happened.

Edit: Hey, has anyone considered where that roped-off room in the archives fit into this plot? Are we going to be able to get in, and will that be only after finding x number of constellations?

I always assumed it was a library, because there's 2 or 3 books on the sign to the right of it, with an arrow pointing towards that door.

The room that's roped off was talked about in one of the first few threads. The theory was that it's probably a library, but noone knows for sure what it is. I like that idea of it being another archivist, but the sign outside of it with the books supports the theory of it being a library.

I figure whatever thing caused Altador to disappear from the map also made everyone forget Altador's history, and erased any books that contained it. With this theory, there will be no one new to find that can tell us more, only constellations to find, puzzles to solve, and an old Lenny.
