I doubt neopets would intentionally cut people out of the plot, because it wouldn't be fair.
I didn't know about the LPD.

I hope you are right, Kasia, because my friend hasn't even started hers yet. I guess I should do her a favour and get her started since it won't be until tomorrow that the next clue might be released

Whatever women do they must do twice as well as men to be thought half as good. Luckily, this is not difficult.

They did it by lookingf at different peoples star data and star maps, and comparing any possible formations. If a certain star formation is in 2 or more star maps, then it's most likely a constellation. They were right about the First To Rise

I think its because neopets isn't allowing anymore late joiners. sorry!

I had trouble clicking it as well.
And that was almost a week ago.

If you look back a few splits, the Janitor button was not working for awhile preventing new users but then it was fixed. Surely if they cut people out, they will wait until it is all or nearly all out.

In addition I believe much was done with the gems and TCG constellations to predict what to look for.

I was very confused yesterday. I hadn't looked at the plot thread in a while, and when I decided to yesterday (without knowing about the filters). Then I saw Applebee's Pony... and I was like.... o_O

I thought the plot turned into a sponsor event or something, lol.

Anyway, I found First to Rise, and I'm excited to participate in the rest of the plot. :)

Didn't have any trouble with that.
I beleive it was tuesday when I searched for the rock and clicked like crazy on the right spot but it just didnt have a link behind it.
After 25 times refreshing and revisiting it finally worked.
Only took me 15 minutes.

So...don't know what happened, but it wasnt that special

So are new people stopped from joining or is it just sticky links? I already joined but it would be nice to know.

I think that, if people haven't realised yet that there is a plot in Altador, then they should have. It's been mentioned in the Neopian Times editorial at least once, there's a Neoboard about it, and, now that the Hall of Heroes is clearly marked in Altador, it should be obvious to everybody who is interested that there is something going on. I didn't participate in the LDP, but only because I hadn't discovered PPT, and couldn't start.

EDIT: Sorry if I'm sounding mean, or have offended anybody. I'm sure there are a number of good reasons why people haven't started the plot yet that I haven't yet considered - like being away or unable to access Neopets until now.

Okay people. I spent my time going over the rules many many times, but if I still make mistakes, DO enlighten me. o_O
Anyway. First post ever, so ... yeah, just my two cents.

Perhape they are just sticky links that require lots and lots of refreshing before people can click. I mean, it's a bit, well, not that nice if TNT stops people from participating, isn't it? OK, so I understand if some people should be really super clueless if they don't know what's going on, but hey, I didn't even notice about the LDP until people found every single game required for finding the parchments anyway.

Why are some people so concerned about TNT stopping people from plots though? I don't think they'd do that, would they? =/

I'm sure TNT have their reasons, if any, for wanting to stop people entering the plot. As I've said before, it may be to make the prize at the end more unique - assuming, that is, that they use the same point scoring as they did during the LDP, which I thought was an excellent idea, especially seeing as I won 1000 points by accident by playing a game of Pyramids! :)
