Welcome to the forums, akn! Of course you can help it -- your first post did have capitalization and you write in a lot of full sentences! It's all just a habit and you can easily do it if you wanted to. :)

Like mayanspypilot said, you're having a good time in Neopets Polls! Maybe you'll want to check out the other boards at some point. They all have a lot to offer. :D
